My name is Kathleen Jacono, and I am a second grade teacher at SMM.  My tenure here began in 1995 teaching Reading and English to seventh and eighth graders.  The following year, I transitioned to first grade, where I remained for 20 years.  This is my fourth year teaching second grade at SMM.  I truly love this age group and I feel very privileged to work alongside the children as they prepare to receive two sacraments.  I am an alumni of St. Mary Magdalen school which makes this nurturing environment feel like home.
