To confirm your child's place in their class for next school year, please complete the SMM Committment Form below.  It can be mailed with your seat fee, or emailed directly to admissions@smmschoolde.com.

Accepted applicants are required to pay a $200 non-refundable enrollment fee, which is credited to your tuition bill for the rising school year, and confirms a student's place in their accepted grade.
